Return and Refund Policy
Any opened packs cannot be retured. Any packs damaged in shipping may be returned if the fault is with our services and not those of UPS. Please report any damage from shipping to JiuGo. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact JiuGo immediately and a representative will help resolve the issue.
Shipping Information
- USA: Shipping is free. Current delivery times between 7-10 business days.
- Canada: Shipping is $12.50 USD. Current delivery times between 10-15 business days.
- All other International: Shipping is $15 USD. Current delivery times between 10-60 business days.
Shipping fees will be updated when you enter your address at checkout. Packs are shipped through UPS and standard policy applies. Jiu Go cannot held liable for packs lost while in the care of UPS. Please also note that due to current COVID-19 restrictions and limitations there may be waits of around 8 weeks to countries outside the USA and Canada.
